Requesting a Letter of Invitation

If you are traveling to the U.S. from abroad to attend the MCAA 2024 conference, you will need either a visa waiver (only eligible through Visa Waiver Program) or a non-immigrant visa. If you plan to apply for a visitor visa to attend the MCAA 2024 conference, you may be requested to include an Invitation Letter as part of your visa petition to the U.S. Department of State.

To request an invitation letter, please complete the MCAA 2024 Letter of Invitation Request Form as soon as possible. If you have any questions, please contact mcaa2024@nd.edu.

Please allow 7-10 business days for the conference host to process your request.

Important information

• Your name on the request form must exactly match the name on your passport.
• Each person requesting an invitation letter must complete a separate request form, even if you are traveling as a group. The letter will be sent in PDF form to the email address provided.
• The conference host is not able to contact the U.S. Embassies on your behalf to support your visa application.
• The conference host will not provide any financial assistance for your visa application.
