Rates
All registration rates include an annual MCAA membership fee ($30).

Registration Benefits
Registered attendees will have access to all conference sessions, special events, and cultural programming during this three-day conference:
- Panels, workshops, and roundtables
- Presidential Luncheon Panel (lunch provided)
- Keynote Address and Awards Ceremony Banquet (dinner provided)
- Business meetings and networking hours (coffee & refreshments provided)
- Cultural highlights at Notre Dame
Payments
- All registrants are required to register online using credit card payments.
- Purchase orders, wire transfers, personal checks or requests for invoices are not allowed for conference registration payment.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
If you have paid registration costs and are ultimately unable to participate in the conference, the deadline to cancel your registration and receive a refund is Friday, August 16, 2024, 11:59 pm ET. All refunds will incur a cancellation fee ($15 students/$25 all other categories). Refund requests must be submitted by email to mcaa2024@nd.edu by Friday, August 16, 2024, 11:59 pm ET. Refund requests from participants received after August 16, 2024, will NOT be granted.
Travel Grants
The MCAA does NOT provide travel grants or scholarships to anyone who needs financial support to attend this conference. Please wait to register until you have secured funding to participate in the conference.
